Everything in life is energy. Emotion means energy in motion. Your feelings are here for a reason. Repressed emotions can get stuck in the body, create toxicity, and eventually, diseases in our body, mind, and soul.
But as we can create illness, we're also able to heal ourselves. Body and mind are connected; we cannot treat one without another.
Everything starts entirely inside our minds. There is only one beautiful and unique you, and you are here for a reason. So be kind when you speak to yourself and when your body is trying to tell you something: listen.
